You must manually download the update from <a href="%s" target="_blank">H5P.org</a>, and then upload it through the <em>Upload Libraries</em> section. Not all content has gotten their cache rebuilt. This is required to be able to delete libraries, and to display how many contents that uses the library.
You should <strong>upgrade your H5P content types!</strong> The old content types still work, but the authoring tool's look and feel is greatly improved with the new content types. Here's some more info about <a href="%s" target="_blank">upgrading the content types</a>.
